How much does it cost to install recessed lights in San Diego?
Canless LED recessed lights run $145 to $225 each installed, depending on attic access and how many you're installing in a single visit. A typical 200 sq ft living room needs 6–8 cans for even light. We give you a per-can flat rate so it's easy to scope.
Can you install a chandelier in a 2-story foyer?
Yes. High-foyer installs need a lift or scaffold and proper fan-rated/heavy-fixture bracing. We bring the equipment and the parts. Allow 2–3 hours for most large-foyer chandeliers.
Why do my dimmable LEDs buzz?
Most often because the dimmer wasn't designed for LED loads. Older incandescent dimmers don't handle the lower wattage cleanly. Replacing the dimmer with an LED-rated model (Lutron Diva LED+, Leviton Decora) usually solves it. We carry these on the truck.
Do you install smart lighting (Lutron Caseta, Hue)?
Yes. Lutron Caseta, Lutron RA3, Philips Hue, Kasa, and Leviton Decora Smart all in our regular install rotation. We program scenes, integrate with hubs, and configure app control during the visit.
Can you replace a ceiling fan with a chandelier (or vice versa)?
Yes — but the box matters. Fan-rated boxes hold heavy chandeliers; standard light boxes don't always hold fans. We confirm or replace the box during install, never assume.
