SDG&E EV-TOU-5: super-off-peak charging is now 13.1¢/kWh, on-peak is 80.2¢
SDG&E's EV-TOU-5 plan now prices super-off-peak electricity at 13.1¢/kWh and on-peak at 80.2¢/kWh, effective August 1, 2026. That is roughly a 6x gap between charging overnight and charging between 4pm and 9pm.
